The Big Surf at Knight's Action Park in Springfield, Illinois

THE BIG SURF

ALL RIDERS MUST SIGN A WAIVER; those 18 and under need a parent or guardian to sign.

 

  • If adults decide to ride, a separate waiver from minors waiver MUST be signed to ride

  • Boogie Boarding: 42 inches tall

  • Surfing: 42 inches tall

  • Maximum Rider Weight: 325 lbs

  • No Horseplay

The Wave Pool at Knight's Action Park in Springfield, Illinois

WAVE POOL

  • Must be in a tube past the 1st blue line

  • Please stay off ladders, wall, & rope

  • Please place tubes on shore line when done

  • Obey all rules as they are enforced by lifeguards

  • No horseplay of any kind

  • Waves on for 10 minutes, off for 20 minutes

  • Children should be accompanied by an adult

  • ​​Riders must be over 42" tall

  • Riding position: tuck chin tightly to chest

  • If you are a single rider, you will be paired with someone else to ride

  • Follow guards instructions or you will forfeit the use of this ride for the day

  • If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, are susceptible to neck or back strains, or lead a sedentary life, you are RESTRICTED from riding this ride

  • Must be over 42 inches tall

  • No buckles, belts, pins, combs, or any sharp objects on person or hair

  • No food, gum, or drinks

  • No standing on slide

  • No riding double

This is a very physical ride. Persons with health considerations (heart conditions, pregnant, etc.) should NOT use this ride.

Seal Bay at Knight's Action Park in Springfield, Illinois

SEAL BAY

  • Must be 48 inches and under to prevent tailbone injuries

  • No running

  • No diving

  • Slide feet forward toes up

  • No glass or cans allowed in the park

  • No smoking

  • No chairs allowed in the pool
