- Drivers must be 54 inches tall & at least 12 years old
- Drivers with passengers should be 18 years old or be a legal guardian/parent
- 2nd passenger should not meet the requirements above unless they have a disability which prevents them from driving (i.e. blind, physical disability, down syndrome, etc.)
