Catering Policies
- Private catered meals are prepared and served to groups of 50 persons or more. A $100 service charge will be charged against any group under 150 persons.
- A guaranteed number of meals must be submitted to Knight’s Action Park no later than 11:00 a.m. the Monday prior to your outing.
- Groups will be billed for the guaranteed number of meals or the actual number, whichever is higher based on the guaranteed number quoted to us the Monday prior to the event.
- An authorized representative must sign the picnic sheet for all services and catering the day of the outing.
- Knight’s Action Park reserves the right to close any bar facility at its discretion.
- This is for the protection of all parties.
- All food and beverage items are subject to sales tax.
- Picnic equipment must be checked out and signed for by a group representative.
- All park activities must be arranged for with a Knight’s Action Park sales representative at least 7 days prior to the event.
- When a beverage tank, barrel or container has been tapped, the group is responsible for the full price of the contents.
- Only chairperson or designate of group may make changes in food items, beverages and serving times. Changes must be in writing and at least 7 days prior to the event.
- Because of the appeal of our catered events and the day-long operations of the park -- there are no rain checks.
